Request to attendees

○Precautions at the venue
・Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to prevent accidents and confusion.
・Please refrain from eating and drinking in the hall (you can do so at the entrance).
・Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
・Please use the coin lockers on the first floor of the hall for valuables.
・Please help us by taking your trash home with you.
・If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself and let the staff know.

○Access to the venue
・Please use public transportation or, if you are driving,
use the underground parking lot at Johoku Park.

○Entry and exit to the event venue
・All seats are reserved.
・Doors will open at 16:30.
・Please be sure to bring your ticket or have your e-ticket ready on the day.
・We will set up a waiting line depending on the attendance situation on the day.
・Please follow the staff's instructions to enter in order.
・Your belongings may be checked at the entrance reception.
・Please note that re-entry is prohibited.

〇Sales Booth
・Pre-sale goods sales by the organizer "GAUCHER" will start from 15:00.
There will also be special goods available only on this day, so look forward to it!
・Goods will be on sale even after the event ends.

○Photography and recording by visitors
・Photography and recording of the stage in the hall during the live performance is prohibited.
・If any violations are discovered, you may be asked to leave.

○Response in the event of a disaster
・In the event of an earthquake or disaster,
the organizer will prioritize the safety of visitors at their discretion,
and may temporarily suspend the event in some cases.
・If evacuation is necessary in the event of a disaster,
announcements will be made over the in-house PA system or by staff,
so please remain calm and follow instructions.
